Kathleen Brady
Kathleen Brady, PCC, is an ICF Professional Certified Coach who brings extensive experience in talent management, employee engagement initiatives and professional coaching on a variety of issues, including career progression, communication, leadership, business development and time/stress management.
With more than 25 years of experience helping people identify and integrate their personal and professional goals, Kathleen empowers her clients to craft comprehensive career/life strategies that align their strengths with business imperatives to cultivate fulfillment and happy, joyful lives.
In 2003, she founded KBCareerPlanners, LLC in 2003, a coaching and consulting firm specializing in the legal industry. Her career includes roles as a counselor in Columbia Law School’s placement office, Assistant Dean of Career Services at Fordham University School of Law, the National Director of Staff Recruitment and Development at a national law firm. She also served as Executive Director of Career Services and Continuing Education and an Adjunct Instructor at Georgian Court University in New Jersey. Currently, Kathleen is an internal career coach at an AmLaw 100 firm.
In addition to her work as a coach, Kathleen authored four books and countless articles about career/life transitions. She holds an M.A. in Theology from Georgian Court University and a B.A. in Sociology from Fordham University.
