With a unique background in organizational psychology, employment litigation, human resources management, coaching, ombuds and mediation, Sana brings deep international experience building ombuds programs across six continents from small companies to Fortune 200. Sana Manjeshwar has built, led, and elevated ombuds programs for global organizations across six continents from small companies to Fortune 200. From Angola to Argentina, Kazakhstan to Canada, and the UK to the US, she has launched strategic conflict resolution systems and in some of the world’s most dynamic environments. Most recently, she served as Global Ombuds Leader at Chevron where she guided workplace culture across complex international operations.
